Join Our next Exclusive Wedding event!

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THROUGH ALL DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.

This is not a traditional wedding show or styled shoot—and we are intentionally NOT inviting multiple vendors per category.

We are curating ONE exceptional professional in each trade to represent the very best of the wedding industry. As a selected vendor, you won’t compete for attention—you’ll OWN the experience. 


We’re looking for committed vendors who are ready to participate. If selected, we kindly ask that you are prepared to accept your invitation and move forward with the event, SUBMITTING PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR PLACE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS. Vendor Participation Cost will be due shortly after being accepted. 


This immersive, mock-wedding event is designed so couples don’t just meet you; they experience what it’s like to work with you on a real wedding day. Your work will be woven seamlessly into a styled, lived-in celebration where guests can see, feel, taste, hear, and connect with your brand in a meaningful way.


The couples that will be invited to join us are intentionally limited, highly engaged, and actively booking. This is relationship-driven, not transactional. (We can not guarantee their attendance)

Being chosen as the vendor in your category positions you as a trusted expert, elevates your brand alongside other like-minded creatives, and places you directly in front of couples who value quality, experience, and intentional design on all of our socials, across the web and face to face.


The Experience will be broken up into three parts

Photographer Preview 

FOR 3 HOURS (with a 30min break)

A select group of photographers are invited to capture the space fully styled as a wedding before the event opens. They are then welcome to mingle with our guests once the doors are open or continue shooting the event!


Vendor Walk Through | Networking Hour
Wedding professionals tour the space, explore the design, connect with fellow creatives, and experience The fellow vendors. The best form of advertising is word of mouth. 

Couples Experience
Engaged couples step inside a beautifully styled mock wedding, meet vendors in a relaxed, low-pressure setting, and experience each creative partner firsthand.

Photographers will be expected to turn galleries around within 30 days to insure their content has the opportunity to make it into the next issue of Bloom and Bride. (which will be going to print shortly after the galleries are returned)

*Please be aware that organizers will ONLY contact you directly through official channels. If you receive any communication asking for payment or posing as a member of this event, please disregard it and do not provide any financial information.

For all official communications, you can expect emails from sierra@bloomandbride.com. We prioritize your safety and security, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.


Vendor Collaboration Agreement: Vendors selected are required to complete a Vendor Collaboration Agreement to ensure a seamless partnership.

Vendor Participation Cost:The vendor participation fee is a non-refundable fee of $500, which secures your space within the event. This allows us to create a cohesive, elevated experience for both vendors and attending couples. We will accept a payment plan. Must be paid in full by July 1, 2026.  Then what you provide the guests is up to you. We are all trying to make this a wonderful and immersive experience for everyone. 


Showcased Vendor Benefits: Being selected as a showcased vendor includes being the primary vendor of your trade showcased to our social followers and guests, ticket includes lunch, RECEIVING A FULL PAGE MAGAZINE AD IN THE NEXT ISSUE OF BLOOM & BRIDE, being added as a preferred vendor on Bloom & Brides website and social media (pending a strong working relationship), along with cross-promotion across 30+ social media accounts, access to all of the participating photographers galleries for marketing use, inclusion in our curated swag bags (vendor provided items), and an invitation to stay during the event to connect with potential clients and other vendors. As the selected vendor you will also have the ability to invite a number of your own guests!

Photography, Videography and Content Creation Cost:Photographers, Videographers and Digital Content Creators will be required to provide a $500.00 non-refundable vendor fee. 


We will ONLY allow 6 photographers, 2 videographers & 2 content creators. This will allow for 2 very intimate groups to work through the space. 


Vendor Set Up and Shoot Start Times:

Vendor Set Up: 9:00-12:00 lunch break 12:00-1:00 LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED
Time: 1:00-4:00 Styled shoot           

4:00-5:00 Vendor Networking hour           

5:00-7:30 Couples experience

How to Apply: Simply complete the application, and upon approval, we'll connect with you to provide additional event details and collect your vendor fee. PAYMENT PLANS ACCEPTED! Must be paid in full by July 1,  2026.
