Highwater Bar Co. is a mobile bartending service and tap trailer based in St. Augustine, proudly serving events throughout Northeast Florida. We bring reliable, professional bartending and personalized service to all types of gatherings, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations, anniversaries, engagement parties, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, and more.
You provide the alcohol and we handle the rest. Designed for dry hire, our services include setup, mixers, and garnishes, as well as crafted cocktails, mocktails, and beverages on tap — including beer, wine, and more. Cleanup is included, and our team prioritizes exceptional service so hosts and guests are taken care of from start to finish.
From intimate backyard get-togethers to black-tie soirees, every Highwater package starts as a foundation and can be fully customized to reflect your style, taste, and vision.

The Tap Trailer
Our tap trailer is the heart of Highwater Bar Co., designed with a clean coastal look and plenty of character. With polished taps and a thoughtfully curated setup, it adds a stylish presence to any event.
At 5’ wide by 12’ long, the trailer works well for outdoor venues and select indoor spaces. Available for dry hire or rental, it provides the setup so you can choose the beverages that best fit your event. From craft beer and cocktails to non-alcoholic options, it offers flexible, functional service for weddings, private events, and celebrations of all kinds.
